Batken-Kanibadam 220 kV overhead power line

Specialists of CJSC TADES built the 53.2-kilometer single-circuit Batken-Kanibadam 220 kV overhead power line over a period of nine months in 2004. A total of 169 poles were installed, made of both metal and reinforced concrete.

The project ensured permanent power supply to northern regions of the Republic of Tajikistan and made it possible to connect Tajikistan in an alternative way to the unified power grid of the CIS, thereby creating a requisite framework for economic, industrial, cultural, scientific and technical development of Tajikistan.
